It is indicated mainly for:

Pulpotomy

- it can be placed after partial or complete removal of the coronary pulp

Protective pad (indirect pulp cover) or as a base under various materials

Exposed pulp (direct pulp coverage)

- it can be placed directly on the exposed pulp after reaching hemostasis
